Dr. Jojo Y.C. Mo (毛潤清) is a senior lecturer in the Department of Accountancy, Economics and Finance at Hong Kong Baptist University (HKBU). Her academic work focuses primarily on  privacy,  data protection law and intellectual property and technology and the law. Prior to joining HKBU, Dr. Mo served as counsel at the Hong Kong Judicial Institute and as Assistant Professor at the School of Law, City University of Hong Kong.

Dr. Mo currently teaches Business Law, Entertainment law, Cyber Law and AI Ethics and Compliance

Dr. Mo holds an LLB from the University of Hull, an LLM from King's College London (KCL), and a PhD from Monash University. She was admitted as solicitor of HKSAR in 2000.
