Professor Huan Deng is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Accountancy, Economics and Finance, Hong Kong Baptist University. She received her Ph.D. from the Department of Economics, Johns Hopkins University.

Professor Huan Deng is a labor and applied microeconomist. Her research combines structural modeling, causal inference, and original survey and field experimental data to study questions in labor economics, applied microeconomics, and political economy.
